Sales Representative / Executive
Qualifications / requirements: Work location: Shenzhen
Job purpose: Establish a good corporate image, introduction and promotion of the company's new products; implementation of the company set sales strategy and focus; to maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing customers, and develop new customers, achieve sales target; a timely response to customer needs and market information.
Main responsibilities: Through build and strengthen relationship to obtain the existing customers more sales opportunities, and through the sale of the company's products and services are combined to obtain the potential revenue
- for different client groups formulate different plans of visiting period
Through sales call get customer's needs, to deliver the key information according with the need and emphasize the benefit, find the real objection and give effective solutions, for customers to provide the best solution
- and relevant support departments to maintain good relations of cooperation, to ensure that they timely resolve customer problems
Analysis and management of customer data, to measure their performance and find customers' new trends, new case, and decided to adopt what kind of action plan
- make full use of process management tool for the management of customer information, sales opportunities and marketing behavior
- the complete relevant sales report; in management as required to provide relevant information, in order to evaluate performance
Basic requirements:
- good communication and negotiation skills
- good written and spoken English
- good computer operation skill
- two years related working experience is preferred
- the relevant industry experience is preferable
- college degree or above
